iQ-LAUNCHER 1.0.0

iQ-LAUNCHER is a new and free application designed to build a bridge from iQ-VIEW to third-party software that can process image data or DICOM data. It is able to launch such external applications via command line and to hand over the data they should process. These so called jobs that users want to be processed by iQ-LAUNCHER can be directly created in iQ-VIEW. iQ-LAUNCHER will recognize these jobs and automatically open the required application.

After processing the data with the third-party application, iQ-LAUNCHER can optionally deal with changed DICOM data and send a DICOM 3.0 conform store command to an archiving DICOM node (e.g. iQ-VIEW or the PACS).
