The system is simple:
The first patient entered in the database goes first. Note: a database regen puts all files into the database on directory order and will thus screw up the cleanup process. Need more coding for a better process.

Does radcoord know conquest?
Marcel
The problem is that there need to be spaces are the = in the query for dbase. This is indeed new in 1.4.12 and will remain that way as the simple dbaseiii sql parser needs the spaces:
./dgate --query:"DICOMImages|SOPInstanc, ObjectFile|SeriesInst = '1.3.46.670589.28.1.1.2198218821.482595673699.3'|%s %s"
works correctly. The dbase driver is not a full sql server.
Marcel
Individual images will not be stored in case of the error message. The rest of the sudy will be there.
Marcel
Does radcoord know the conquest server, i.e.?. I think the images cannot be retrieved.
Marcel
You can let an importconverter of conquest fill in the field with e.g., a substring of the study uid when the images are recieved. Then forward to your magicview.
Marcel
Depending on the database driver uses you can do this is. Alway you can type part of patientID in the edit box below the patient browser, however, with some database configs you can also patient type part of the patientname. This hint would tell you.
Marcel
Maybe you should take this up with the Offis people. I will add a warning in the manual.
Marcel
Nightly clean is run by the GUI, so the GUI needs to be up and running - may not be the case when you use conquest as a service.
The other cleanup runs when images are recieved. However, it works as follows: when a disk is full (< 30 mb), it cleans up until the given amount is reached. This may be considered a bug.
Marcel
Which version of conquest do you use, and which database driver was selected upon install. It appears to have used dgate -v -r1 (regen without indices), but that should only happen for dbase through odbc. If your database is still small try "dgate -v -r" from a command prompt in the server directory and see if the indices appear then.

c004 actaully means zero database record were found, could be due to:
out of memory (two work strings are allocated of 300 kb long)
database cannot be opened
query did not succeed (sql syntax error)
bindfield did not succeed
query on image returned zero records
Can you reproduce the error and send the conquest debug log at highest level?
Marcel
Need more details to help on this one.
Marcel
No,
the batch file creates data for one DVD! The next dvd is created by:
etc. Where 2 is the number of the DVD.
These features definitively work (they are used for our DVD archive).
Marcel
Conquest stores and allows querying whatever you specify in dgatesop.lst. Try to add the sopclassuid and see what happens.
Marcel
Set debug logging on and to its highest level (up button 4 times).
Marcel
Jpeg compression uses the Offis dcmcjpeg binary with flags +e1 +un +sr. Maybe other flags produce better results. Can you try this?
Marcel
The options work independantly. Does "show free space" from the GUI show the correct amount of disk space?
Marcel
This message has been there for a long time (20040406). Can't remember why though.
Marcel
The problem is that the exe is served as if it is HTML and not executed to produce html. This depends on the rights set for the scripts directory.
