Hey Marcel,

here's the debug loggin. First in service mode, then switch the service mode off. The images are retrieved from the second device MAG1 (NAS) but you can simulate also the same situation on a local disc. Just make 2 devices and retrieve from the second one in service mode. Doesn't matter if the gui is running or not.

we still have the same problem. when running as a service the dgate can't find the network path or mapped drive. we've also try to run as service log on as a local user that has full rights. The Nas is configured as MAG1, so 2 devices.

When the NAS system is not reachable, network trouble etc, Conquest logs no errors. The dicom file is not written because the path doesn’t exist, but the database contains the exact data. You can easily generate the problem by edit the MAGDevice0 value in a non existing folder and send some studies.

Did you add the AE_Title - IP - Port - Compression to the Dicom Providers?

The problems with the ActiveX component can be solved by manual registrated the ActiveX.
First Uninstall the component - regsvr32 -u ActiveFormProj1.ocx
then Register the new component - regsvr32 -u [Path of component]\ActiveFormProj1.ocx

The Eval version of IQ-View PRO v 1.2.0 and the Orex Version 4.5.1.11
I've test it in Multi Image Scan Mode.
Also when you are planning to integrate the annotation function?

When importing more than 1 image from the Orex Scanner Interface nothing happens. Its work perfectly if I take 1 image. Any suggestion?
