When upgrading our GE PACS Centricity 2.1 to version 3.0 we recognized a strange behaviour of k-PACS.
Searching for patients works fine but when trying to retrieve certain studies k-PACS suddenly finds a lot of sequences in the study.
    Output of Process-log:

Then k-PACS tries to retrieve the 2515 sequences which takes a lot of time and always seems to be the same image. The mentioned study only contains one image.
When trying to retrieve CT-studies the same thing happens and from the process-log one can conclude that k-PACS tries ti receive the scout image 2000 times.
Any clue what happens here. The problem exists for the rather old version 1.0 as well as for 1.6 versions on a Windows XP SP2 machine.

    Hi Andreas

I will try to install from new. it seems that the update process did not run correct although the server was stopped.
    Thanks for the reply

Just installed version 1.5 from scratch. Now all the new features are there.

After using the upgrade option of version 1.5 the info button in k-Pacs shows version 1.0.1. Bug or feature?
Thanks for making the new version available.

Could not find the ROI annotation option in updated 1.5 german version

Installing the new version 0.9.4.2 (german) and running K-Pacs results in a message: "k-pacs.exe - DLL nicht gefunden. Die Dynamic Link Library DICOMDLL wurde nicht im angegebenen Pfad C:\KPacs;.... gefunden".
In the directory C:\KPacs is the file dicomdll.dll all in lower case.
Any hints? The error message occurs when updating old version and also when first uninstalling old version and then installing new version.

P.S. ansonsten klasse Arbeit. Freue mich schon auf die Weiterentwicklungen.
