Been a long time since i last participated on this forum, Conquest is really going well, thanks to Marcel.

Today, i am considering transfering all the images from my actual conquest server to another one, new, with a bigger space capacity.

Is there an easy way to do it?
Because i tried downloading all the DCM, then uploading them to the /data folder of the new server then running dgate -v -r but it crashes:
VR:ReAlloc out of memory allocating -1234019254 bytes

Thanks, in fact, i am filling-in the worklist database through the web interface i developped by myself.
So i will have a look in the windows-package because there is no hl7 file in the linux one.

Where can i find this hl7 file?
Shall i use mirth to look at a sample of my data?
I must say i am a little bit lost with hl7

I am still not used with HL7, can you indicate me where to find the right segment please?

For now, I have written a routine which renames patientName as soon as a user of the web interface displays the list of the patients.

Hi, again a question... sorry, i hope my tutorial on installing conquest with mysql on linux will compense my amount of questions.
I am trying to add the ReferPhysician field in Worklist.
So i added the following line in dicom.sql:
{ 0x0008, 0x0090,"ReferPhysician", 64, SQL_C_CHAR, DT_STR, "---" ),

But when in Agfa NX, i try to request the worklist, this field is not displayed.
Should I replace the "---" by something else?
Is this field usable for worklists?
I have wasted a couple of hours to try to solve this problem but found nothing.

I also have a problem with the PatientSex field, i use M or F but it is not displayed in NX.
NX asks me the mapping type of the worklist, i chose DefaultDicomMapper. Does this have an influence?

Also, with this modality, every space in the PatientName is replaced by ^.
Do you think it is possible to correct it and make conquest replace every ^by a space?
Or should i create a routine in php to correct the mysql table every hour?

Hi all.
I have a new strange question i don't know how to solve it.
One of my modality (US) doesn't fill in the StudyDate, only the SeriesDate, but i need this first field for my viewer.

Is it possible to copy the content of SeriesDate in StudyDate when the Manufacturer field contains a certain value corresponding to my US ?

Am i on the right way with this? :

ImportConverter0 = ifequal "%xxxx,yyyy" , "USModality" , set xxxx,yyyy to "%xxxx,yyyy"

It is not at first concerning Conquest but maybe somme of you have faced the same question than me:
I want to create dicom files from bitmaps acquired from a video card plugged on an endoscope.
Do you know the best solution? I do not think that dcmtk does it.
I would like to make the program in python.

I fear there will be a problem with the spaces when creating a folder with the patients name.
will this command work?

$1 being the first argument containing %V0010,0010 (patname)

Can i add fields in the image db as well?

I need conquest to use another field which is referring physicianname. I Also read on this forum that someone needed to use the aetitle of the sending modality.
So is it possible? And if so, do anybody know how?
I' going to search a little bit but I am sure Marcel will help us.!
Note I'm using conquest 1.4.14 on a debian with mysql db.

Finally i succeeded in resolving my problem.
- I checked all the iqview were in the acrnema.map.
- and i put the last column to UN, while it was AS before. (which was the problem).

Hi, i meet a big problem.
I have Conquest installed on a linux machine working with a mysql database (i created a tutorial on it here...).
I thought i was working well for query retrieve from an iq-view workstation but since i flushed the local database of iq_view, i see that in facts, images shown when querying from Conquest were the local images.

SO: the problem is that Queries are OK but it doesn't retrieve images from Conquest !!!!

I think i well parametered IP, AET, etc, and here are my logs:

Hello, I have the same problem with images from one of my modalities...
Images are not transmitted and appear black.

Do you have a solution?

This was definitely an NX problem.
But i think it was necessary to have a look in the DCS to declare the right SOPs in the config file.
