Probs with the webviewer with IE7

I ve running winxp with IE7 on my notebook with conquest1.4.13alpha with wamp installed with the server online.
I am not able to get access to the images with the webviewer neither from the installation nor from other pc ( there with IE6 as webbrowser)
The activx controls are allowed, firewall out, security lowest level and the activeformproj1 is started ( registered )
Further more I am not able to display the database layout.
On the other way round, I am not able to get access to the images of other installations with the webviewer.
I ve no idea what is going wrong here. Any suggestions what to check?
The dicomserver itself is running properly.
