K pacs is not able to open the 'file system' query box.
When I click on the file system tab in Query box, it goes into hour glass mode.
All the imaging studies are in an in-house server.
Kpacs is not opening the (in-house network) server in a timely fashion.
It is taking several hours to access and open the imaging studies.
The problem started recently. It was behaving normally until recently.
Please help me.
Kpacs is not such a problem with the 'Database' tab in the query box.
