How do I activate plane linking and reference lines?

I can't find any buttons or drop down options for these important functions, especially for spine MRI. Spine numbering tool would also be nice to have. Tx.

Hy hi, please go to the toolbar and select the view menu. Then choose show and enable plane linking and reference lines. These functions are essential for spine MRI.
