Cannot Change IP address DICOM Settings

    We moved a client from a local server to the cloud. In doing so, the IP address of their server has changed. When we update the IP address in the DICOM settings, it will stick and then when we reboot the computer, it reverts the whole dicom.txt file in the C drive back to a file from 2017. I have done as much basic troubleshooting I can think of, we do not have an issue on the servers changing the IP information.
