Hi,
I need to measure the intensity of a specific region of interest. This region has to be the same at exactly the same position in every image. Obviously it is impossible to achieve that when drawing the ROI manually for every image. My questions is therefore if it is possible to for example draw a ROI in the first image which then is copied to all the other images of the series with exactly the same dimensions and at the same location?
Any suggestions are much appreciated.
