not able to mark cases and database not regenerating

  • for some reason, i cant mark any of the cases i open from "filesystem."
    someone re-installed kpacs we have the newest version. we also have an old imagebox that i renamed and moved that i am pulling the images from.


    i cant regenerate the database from my old imagebox.
    originally i was having the same error as the ppl in the thred were having, but i fixed that. Now when i click start it just sits there, and then crashes after a little while, and i have to end its task.


    Edit: i got it to regenerate 4 cases, but after i go to filesystem, and load another case, the database seems to go away.
