KPACS with Fuji CR reader

Hello, hope all is well.
Regarding this disclaimer from the website: "The software K-PACS, which is offered on this website for download, is a general viewing application only. For legal reasons, K-PACS must not be used for any medical purpose, including radiological reading." I was told this is a great program for viewing images within the same facility at multiple viewing locations, but I am puzzled by the disclaimer. I obviously don't want to put any sensitive information at risk. Is the disclaimer referring to sending images out of the building to some other radiologist? My goal is to use a CR unit to create images, and then send them to two other laptop locations in the building for viewing. Please let me know if I am on the right track, have the right program, or if not, maybe you may have a suggestion for me. Thank you very much.
