hello,
i am configuring the setup to see studies from another location using a vpn. I don't have much experience with k-pacs, tried to look for manuals but haven't found none. I have configured my laptop as the people on the remote location have told me.
i am able to query the list of studies but when I try to see them I get a loading window for a while and then says there is an error "Retrieve from archive X failed". Then I get a black screen no images.
I have searched the forum, seen some similar problems to mine. Some have talked about the conquest "known providers list", but where is this list?
I ECHO the remote site and its a success.
