Link of the Icon "?" - Page not found

Just downloaded the K-PACS V 1.6.0 and clicked on the Icon "?" on the right side to get some more informations. The Icon opens the browser and tries to visit the page http://www.image-systems.biz/phpBB2/index.php?c=1 which is thenn redirected to http://www.image-systems.biz/i…_content&task=view&id=143 which is a Page not found side. The Browser I use is chrome...
