dgate does not start when K-PACS is running

Hi,
We have installed Conquest and K-PACS version 1.5.0 (2007) on Windows server 2003 Service pack 2. Conquest is running with MySQL.
If we start Conquest before K-PACS everything works fine. If however we start K-PACS first and then we launch Conquest (not as a service), dgate fails to start and only the interface is running. Anyone any ideas?

Maybe Conquest and KPACS are fighting for the same port?
Which port do you use in KPACS and which port you configured in Conquest? MySQL still listens on port 3306?
