kpacs regenerate V1.6.0

  • Hello,

I am trying to regenerate our local database using the KPacs regenerate function. When I click the start button, the process stops immediately - the error message in the log file says:

    16.09.2008 10:33:15: Registration error with file "E:\k-pacs_data\1.3.12.2.1107.5.2.32.35150.30000008090608433103100000013\1.3.12.2.1107.5.2.32.35150.2008090615562871416512000.0.0.0\1.3.12.2.1107.5.2.32.35150.2008090616074433124212391.dcm"

This particular dcm file corresponds to the first image of the first run of the first exam in the local imagebox. I get a similar message if I remove this particular exam from the imagebox... so there seem to be a problem whatever file is being accessed.

Is there any other way to rebuild our database (which is now empty).

    Many thanks for any help!

  • Hello me again,

I could regenerate the local imagebox using what AndreasKnopke proposed a long time ago (post Wed Mar 16, 2005 8:07 pm) via the "filesystem" option and then the "viewer" command. Loading the folder of our imagebox took several hours, and the "viewing" the data took more than 6 hours. But now the imagebox is nice and complete.

I still don't understand why the regenerate button did not work properly.

    Best regards,
    Sophie
