No images to display

hi ,i have Efilm 2.1.2 image database and Conquest Dicom server and Kpacs 1.5 workstation

i give all images successfuly from efilm to conquest server , but kpacs workstation image retrieve error following

Hello,

The main reasons for this error are:

1. The K-PACS station (teomet) is not correctly configured in Conquest (page "Known DICOM Providers").
--> Please check especially the IP and the Port number

2. A firewall is active on the K-PACS station and blocks the communication between K-PACS and Conquest
--> e.g. check whether the Windows Firewall is enabled and in case it is active, add an exception for the K-PACS Port or disable it temporarily
