Can you dicom images from your modalities to K-Pacs and if so do you just use the computers IP address;
what would the AE title be???

Yes of course: use the IP of your computer, 104 as port (Default) and "KPSERVER" as AET (Default). You can change these setting with the server admin tool.

I don't understand, completely, your answer. Can use K-Pacs as a capture station, directly connected to the modality?

The answer of Andreas is related to a network based import (DICOM transfer). If your modality has network connectivity you need to enter the IP, the network port and the AE title of K-PACS at the modality. Andreas told you already what the defaults for port and AETitle of K-PACS are. The modality will "dicom" the images itself and send the images in a DICOM format. The network server of K-PACS will then receive them. Another format is not supported by network.
If you mean to capture an analog video signal the answer will be no. Only the commercial version iQ-VIEW PRO contains a capture module to use with frame grabber (video digitizing) hardware.
