Unable to retrieve images

  • We have been using IQ view for aobut 5 years and have not had any problems. We have two computers with the software loaded on it. One is the pacs server and one is in one of our exam rooms so that we can review images with our clients. Recently, we have not been able to download the images on the computer in the exam room. The patient information appears and the download bar pops up, but no images. We can pull up the images using iq web and the images are visible on the pacs server. Any help correcting this problem would be appreciated. The pacs server has iq view 2006 and the computer in the exam room has iq view 2008.
