I have converted a CAD SR Dicom object into an XML structure. Now, from the XML structure, I would like to extract the information pertaining to the CAD object viz. SCOORD, the algorithm name and version. Now, my understanding is that in a particular study there would be more than one series having reference to an image. Now, CAD algorithm would have been run on the images and for each image there would be a CAD marker(s) unless the algorithm fails. Now, say in a particular Study there are six images and for each image there are CAD attributes (SCOORD). I would like to know how would I extract this information from the XML using the parser. Specifically, how would I be able to relate a CAD SR finding to an image from the XML structure. I believe that the image reference is there in another parent node. Kindly elucidate on this.
