Unfortunately the eventviewer did not give extra information. I deactivated the antivirus-system -> no change either.
So I decided to deinstall the software :-(.

Hello!
I just tried to install the k-pacs application, it worked without any problems. The server starts, too.
But: As soon as I try to start the k-pacs-application I get an error "Free Dicom Workstation funktioniert nicht mehr". I tried to start as adminstrator -> no difference, setting compatibility modes to WinXP -> no difference, too.
Does anybody have a suggestion how to resolve this problem? To be clear: I installed it on a Windows 2012 server, so it is almost the same as Windows 8.
