So at the moment, there is no way to use dgate on a utf-8 database. Am I right?

So they synchronize their sources with yours, aren't they ? If I submit them a merge request, will it be applied to your sources too ?What is the proper way to submit patches ?

I made here a patch that fixes a tiny bug on conquest-pacs.sh. It is about the --chuid parameter on restart.I found this github page for dgate, but it has not been updated for 10 months (and it does not contains the file conquest-pacs.sh I patched). Why not use it, Github is very convenient for patch submissions with their "pull request" mechanism.
If for some reasons, you are not interested in github, what is the protocol to submit patches ? And is there a git repository somewhere on which patches can be built ?
