  • Image import problem

    Hello,


    We are using a Vidar VXR-16 for our film scanner, and our TWAIN driver will only allow us to scan to file (Tiff.) We scan to a 12-bit file. However, when we import into K-Pacs, the files are converted to an 8-bit format. What are we doing wrong :?:
