I use conquest to receive studies from external clinics thru a VPN and it has been great for one entity that sends uncompressed utilizing multiple threads. Another entity only opens one thread and sends uncmpressed and honestly one transfer took 12 hours.... I am only using conquest to receive the images and write them to a network share - I do not really care about the database and am using the default. The physicians then use an external viewer to read the study...The VPN tunnel has been determined to have good speed but it's like conquest is forever 'testing transfer'. I am not running it as a service because of the permission limitation for the network share write. I turned the debug on and this is what I get with a write to the network shared interspersed in:
