when trying to retrive the images from Conqeust 1.4.13 server to K-PACS station got the follwoing error log in server.

I have replaced the patient and system inforamation with "XXXXX". I have looked at the log and have bolden the findings. I am assuming that the day and time study was sent to the server, the server could not wrote the image files to the MAG0( The reason I am assuming this is because the storage does not have patients image folder and conquest does not find the images folder) but enterned the patient in database.
The server did not sent any errors back to the modality nor it throwed more detail error in the logs. On the other hand the server kept importing the studies without any problems for rest of the day.
The question is, where does this images end up in cases like these where MAG0 or any other MAGS are not available?
Is it in the OS Temp files? Are these images lost? where does conquest holds this images before it writes to the available MAGs if at all it holds and for how long?
It is very critical for us to find out these images for this study and other studies sent to Conqeust on that day. Please help.
    Thank you for your time.

    Hello Marcel,
Thank you for the web interface in 1.4.14.
I have 1.4.14 installed with mysql and web server on WAMP. Everything is workign fine on the server end. All of sudden I can not see any query results on the web browser. when I look at the server with debug mode on at level 5 all I get is:
    "

Before this the web server used to list all the patients and studies on the database, now even with specified patientID and other paramenters all I get is empty web page with headers.

Nothing has changed far as configuratiaon is concern, I have more than 10000 studies in the database, and adding ,but I can query those studies from GUI without any problem.
does the number of studies has something to do with it?
According to the manual the WEB server uses in memory index for study search, does the MySQL indexing has something to do with it?
Is there any other logs about the private communication between the web server and the conquest server?

Thank you for time and reply in advanced.

    Thank you for reply Marcel,
When you said some external program are you reffering to may be a external VB script?
Do you think the following VB script will pull of the job if called external?
    PatientID = Nz(DMax("[PatientID]", "DICOMPATIENTS"), 0) + 1.
If yes How do I call external Scripts from Import Converters?
    Thank you

    Hy,
We have a facility which sends studies to the server without PatID to the server. The server doesn't import the images looking at the PatID(which is 0 in all in-comming images).I know I could configure import converter to import the images and replace any DICOM tag with existing DICOM tag. But I want to do it little bit differently.
I want to configure Import Converter such a way that I can import studies in to the server when there is no PatientID defined (its all 0000) in all in-comming images. I want to define it such a way that before import converter Auto Assigns any PID it looks up the database for atleast PatNam and PatDOB or any other parameters to see if there is patient with the same parameters existis, if it does the import converter should just add this new in-comming study to the existing patients other study with new accession number, But if the patient does not exist, the import converter auto assigns PatID(n+1, where n is the last Auto Assigned PatID) and auto assign accession number(n+1, where n is the last Auto Assigned Accession number) to the new study in chronological order. Is this possible?Thank you.
Any help to script this will be appreciated.
    Thank you
    Dave

    Marcel,

We are planing to store Memo images to Conquest server.
Server is on version 1.4.14 with MySql as a database.
I have Buffalo 1.0 T NAS for Image Storage.
We get the following error message at the server

Does Conqeust now supports Dicom Storage Commitment?

One more issue I faced was that if the server was installed as a service and when we tried to store the images over the network to Buffaloe NAS it did not wrote any images with error " could not calculate free space on the disk".
I uninstalled the service and everything worked fine.
    Thank You

could you please tell me what is that I am doing wrong?
    Thank You

I am trying to send a archived studies from standalon StoreSCU to the conquest server. Everything worked fine untill today morning when I noticed that the storescu was not able to send and timed out with error host down, on the other hand the conqeust server machine was working, I bumped the conqeust server and mysql services on the server machine and moniter it, after a 15 minutes in to the running I found that dgate.exe consumes almost all the CPU power(99%). and at that time conquestserv.exe hangs as well since the systmes resources are all used. Hence no study can be send to the server. I am running ver 1.4.13beta, with my-sql and win xp. and the number of concurrent connection(from StoreSCU to the Conquest server) are 4 . # of studies I was able to store to the server so far is 19925. Is the number of studies has to do anything with this situation?or the number of concurrent connection is the cause?
    please advice.
Thank you for your reply in advanced.
    thanks

I am trying to send dicom studies from hard drive to conquest through standalone StoreSCU I have from another workstation. since the Dicom files are in zip format I need to use this Store SCU and total study volume exceeds 15000 patients.I am using mysql as a database.
so far its working fine. the only problem I have is that the stand alone StoreSCU I am using first unzips all the dicom images in the temp then starts sending it to conquest and after every image is c-store the association is dropped and a new association is requested for the next image. since I have lots of studies to send it to conquest I thought It would be nice if I can send each set of studies to different port and could increase the speed of over all migration.
unfortunatly when I am trying to install conquest server on multiple port as per the instruction in the manual. its giving me a error " "5678" is not valid intiger" and not installing the server on multiple port. I am using xp sp2 and the conquest version is 1.4.13beta. any help would be appreciated.
thanks in advanced for your time.
