When I retrieve data from modalities to K-PACS, something seems to get changed in the file such that when I route it elsewhere with K-PACS, 3rd party software will treat it differently than if I send it directly. An example of this is calculating SUVs in PET data. Nothing seems to have changed in the DICOM header, but I can no longer calculate them once a file has been through K-PACS. Odd things also happen to CT data when I route it as well.
Is the data still Part 10 conformant?

I'm guessing you wish to keep Conquest DICOM compliant and leave the code as is. I have noticed that I can query and retrieve using K-PACS. Is the request in this software a bit more accommodating? I thought they used the same mechanism.
I have other issues with KPACS, and would prefer to use Conquest. -
I have also experienced this problem with a Sienet Server, and know of another site with the same problem. Is there a resolution?
