With this ExportConverter in the dicom.ini file, should I be able to make a delayed forwarding?

ExportConverters = 1
ExportCallingAE0 = TEP_BIO
ExportConverter0 = between "7" and "20"; defer; forward to TEP_ESOFT

I'm trying to set this for my PET scan, but it keep saying the same thing on the Server Status screen on conquest:

Is there anything I should have a look at to make this work?

Hello,

I tried to set this up on my Conquest server, but it looks like the defer option is kind of stuck, and nothing is forwarded overnight.

I am thinking that it might be an image at the beginning of the queue that is blocking the whole process. How could I empty the "defer queue"?
