Recently I've been told that our K-Pacs software will not retrieve x-ray images. This has been going on for some time. I am not aware of any configuration changes or error messages.
Example...
Xray is taken & saved. Open Dicom, Viewer. From K-Pacs click "today" and no images are retrieved. Also when searching by name no images are retrieved. When I Search with nothing entered, patients are retrieved but nothing after 12/18/12.
Please advise
