Found the solution.
I am using Matrox P750 dual monitor card. If I disable 1 screen, it starts fine. I can then re-enable the second screen and expand the window to both.

Hi. I am using KPACS for first time, but a veteran of Conquest, SimpleDicom, JDicom, etc..

I am running PentiumIV,3Ghz,1GB 800MhzFSB

The install went OK, but the application would not run, generating an access error as below. Server admin is working. Any ideas?
