OK nevermind. This can be accomplished by sending the original CT, structure set, and plan to Conquest and using the anonymize_script.lua!
Thanks for such a useful tool.

I come across this issue occasionally. It would be nice to be able to have a tool to change all these items and keep the important references intact.
Can we do this in Conquest somehow?
OK wow. When I found this tool (Conquest) I knew it would be SUPER useful. (We have it running in about 4 places already as a router/simple editor.)
The lua scripting is what really makes it powerful. THanks a ton.
It it possible to use lua scripting to edit a received DICOM RT structure set?
We'd like to remove all "BODY" contours from Eclipse TPS structure sets before sending to Elekta CBCT application automatically in order to improve performance of the ELEKTA app.
How would one go about doing this if it is possible? We've not use the lua language before (but have looked at the samples).
We are using Conquest already now to make some small DICOM demographic edits (related to our workflow), then forward to our IMPAC R/V and it is working great!
"Usually, you won't know what kind of pixel spacing you have with non-DICOM images that you import."
Yes mostly that is true, however there are indeed use cases where you DO know the pixel scaling (because a graticule is included in the image). Saving it as part of presentation state is useless for my use case since I need the resulting image in a radiation therapy treatment planning system that does not support it.
However, thanks for your quick and timely response!
Hi - we have a need to import jpeg images and convert to DICOM secondary capture *with pixel scaling* information included. We can do this manually in something like GIMP but it is painful.
Is it possible at all in Kpacs?
