Hi
I want to be able to add a scanned referral letter or ultrasound worksheet to a study. However this will only work if the studyinstanceUID is the same for each, and as far as I can tell each query of the worklist produces a new UID number, even though it's the same item on the worklist. Am I correct in this? If so, is there a workaround so the same studyinstanceUID will be allocated to both the study and the scanning software?

Will this syntax work the same with other tags, eg 0008,1030 for study description?
Also the 0008,0090 has a subtag of 0008,0100 for an ID tag. Is there some way we can add the subtag also?
