Hi everyone,
I've been having intermittent issues with US and Mammo studies. We are set up to send to Kpacs from our PACS and then export studies from Kpacs to an another facility and vice versa.
US images that I'm sending successfully import to Kpacs but fail when we attempt to send from Kpacs to the other facility...unless I drill down to series/image level when performing the dicom transfer from our PACS to Kpacs.
Also, the other facility has a newer US unit (Zonare Z1 Ultra SP). Those images successfully transfer into Kpacs but will not transfer into our PACS. We can import the same studies via CD with no issue.
Any thoughts?
