  • K-PACS How To's: Attach image to existing study

    Okay, not sure if first post went through, so here it goes again...


    Currently, I upload my ultrasound images to my K-PACS and create the study. I then file the paper order form away.


    I would like to scan that paper order form to My Documents and import or add to the existing study in K=PACS to keep a digital copy. Is there a way to that?

    I would like to add study order form image (.jpg file) to an existing study, how do I do that?
    Basically I upload my ultrasound images to KPACS and create a study. I want to scan the order for the test to My Documents and then import that image to the appropriate study. Anyone have any ideas?
