  • KPacs not running

    Help !
    Can anyone help me to find why K-Pacs has stopped running on my computer ?


    I click the K-Pacs Icon and get an hour glass for a second, then computer reverts to normal. No error message. Just didn't run K-Pacs


    previously it was fine. However I then got a virus . I've cleaned that out and everything else is fine. Just K-Pacs doesn't run.


    I have tried de installing and re installing K-Pacs from a new download. No difference.


    How can I find out what is stopping it ?


    Computer is a DELL latitude running windows XP SP3

  • K-Pacs not running

    Not really a bug, but I'm hoping someone can help.
    A few weeks ago my computer got a virus. i've cleaned it out using anti virus software and all programs seem to run OK, except K-pacs .
    It used to be fine. Now, when I click the K-Pacs icon nothing happens. I've tried re extracting the zip file in case the Kpacs app was corrupted, but that made no difference.
    Any suggestions of how I can find out what is missing which stops Kpacs from running ? I'm not getting any error message. It just doesn't run.
    Computer is running windows XP with SP3.
