Hi, we are also experiencing problems using the Modality Worklist with a Toshiba Ultrasound unit. We are using version 1.4.16. I added the following line at the bottom of the dicom.ini file:

WorkListQueryConverter0 = ifequal "%V0040,0001","TOSH_US"; delete 0040,0003

The DICOMWorklist table did contain one record which should have been found. Please note the first statement in blue - it appears the line added to the dicom.ini file has not worked as intended. I am not sure if we have the line in the dicom.ini file correct or if there is anything else we can do to find a solution. The Conquest Server is working satisfactorily with other appliances. We would be most appreciative of any assistance you can provide to get the Toshiba equipment working correctly.

I am new to Conquest and hoping to use Conquest to provide a Modality Worklist from my RIS.
I am using the DBase database option as the DBase files are easiest to update from my software. We have tested with CR and US successfully except that the requesting physician value is not being imported to the imaging appliances. I am updating the reqphysici field in the DICOMWorklist table from the RIS but the value of this field is not going to the imaging appliance.
I notice from the above log that there is a failure on VR Search: 0008 0090. I believe that 0008 0090 is the DICOM tag for the requesting physician details so I may not be the only one this happening to. Is there something I have missed in the configuration or something extra I need to do to ensure the requesting physicians details are carried through to the imaging equipment?

I am also new to Conquest. I am hoping to use Conquest to provide a Modality Worklist from my RIS.
I am using the DBase database files as these are the easiest to update dynamically from my RIS. We have tested the functionality with CR and US so far and it works, however, the requesting physician details are not being transferred. I believe the DBase field holding the value for this field is reqphysici and this field is being populated by my RIS. Unfortunately, the value in the field is not being transferred to the imaging equipment.
I noticed in the log listing appearing above that the VR search failed for 0008 0090 and I believe this is the DICOM tag for the requesting physician. Is there something I must do to ensure this information is passed through to the imaging appliance?
