This question is not relevant to ConQuest but I'm having a trouble getting any info so I'm posting here.
I have a number of old CBCT images (from the Elekta Synergy) that appear to be compressed when stored locally on the unit using NKI compression. In the top of the file I noticed "uniformnki_compression=2".
In order to export these images I need the raw projection data which has been frustratingly deleted to save space - this is no longer our practice.
What I want to know is whether or not it is possible to decompress using ConQuest the local CBCT file back into raw projections so that we may then export the CBCT as dicom?
I know this is a bit out of left field but any advice would be greatly appreciated.
