we have a NM modality in our Nuclear Medicial Departement. Storing of dcm Files into the Conquest works fine, the query from the modality shows available studies, but if we try to recieve images, the dgate.exe causes an error. The log file shows that output:

Is there any thing displayed why the communication in that direction fails, wrong dicom settings in the modality/conquest, firewall, etc?

thanks for answering. are there any examples for scripting with batch?? or a start procedure to have a point for trying to solve it via batch or vb. i'll try it with vbs but i've no idea how to say "stop moving" or creating a new folder while the dgate process is running.

I use conquest in experimental way, as router, for querys and so on. Now i' ve the intention to burn dvd's with data from the jukebox/cache directory. I use the jukebox.bat(like in old topics explained). conquest write data to the jukebox0-folder, creates a dv0_0001 folder. But i thought if i run the batch again, he would create a new folder, dv0_0002, but he writes the new data in the same folder(dv0_0001), although the limit is reached(700mb or 4300 mb, espeacially)
what did i wrong???

thank you very much. i made an entry in the ini file and it worked fine. After all i deleted the entry after transferring the pictures, because it seems that the sending is a bit slower than without.

is it possible to change the study uid with conquest? i've a patient, with same names, but different patient id's and different birthdates. but if i would like to send the new study from the modality to the conquest pacs the error log looks like that:

ok i get with the command line. another question, how does the "CT"(like sample.hl7) or "US"... modalities know that the files are for themselves and not for "MR" for example?

another question about filling the conquest worklist. I read that its possible with hl7 or xml files. i want to create a vb6 program to collect patient infos from our RIS and send them to conquest. can somebody show a hl7 example file? the conquest worklist is new topic for me, so i need a little help.

Hi @ all,

i've a question about deleting studies from conquest.
A modality sent dicom images with false id's, names, ... . i retrieved these studies with kpacs, changed the demographics and i deleted the study from conquest, but it failed to send the study again from kpacs. i think conquest does not delete the uid, or? how can i delete and resend the same datasets without changing the uid? or is there a tool, within to change it?

i set up a conquest dicom server, it works fine with the modalities. But i receive an error if i try to query pictures with kpacs. With Synedra as Dicom Viewer it works. the ae title, ip, name and port are allright and i have no idea at this time.
