  • SIEMENS Spectroscopy is not accepted

    I have also Siemens Avanto and after adding sops in dgatesop.lst Conquest receives and transmits raw spectro data without problems.


    Besides mentioned SOP's i have also:
    RawDataStorage 1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.66 sop


    Check this out and test this - but my CQ server accept this after that modifications - I double check tommorow again, but two weeks ago I had tested this and worked without problem.

  • Migration recommendation

    I just migrated to new expanded storage (6x2TB sata hdd's - raid6 - only ~7-8TB real space) with 2003 x64 server. I use 64bit mysql (5.5.11) - CQ is working fine.


    I also use jpeg2k compression (lossless) with ntfs-folder compression, which gives me maximum savings of my storage.
    My MR studies are compressing well - for example (size: oryg-jpeg2k-ntfs) study: 360MB--> 177 MB --> 117 MB
    <-- occupied on disk.


    Thanks to Marcel this is most advanced pacs server in the world.

    Hello Marcel again,


    Is this normal (or is there any solution) that my spectroscopy series (raw) are properly stored but with warning "***[CompressJPEG2K]: Failed to get image height".
    Files are properly written but maybe there is possibility to avoid this message?

    Conquest so far is the best PACS in my department...


    I test also raw spectroscopy data (added in dgatesop) in the future to meet my our mr lab expectations.

    Thanks for new 1.4.16 - seems stable so far.


    I'd noticed one small problem - for example - with dcm4chee when I do Q/R I got patient's names with correct number of images of each study - with CQ this column is n/a (queried from Osirix).


    Is this normal or is there any option to fine tune this behaviour?

    Anyway is there an option to automatically recognize that in nki v2 format some series cannot be encoded (error is "SaveToDisk: cannot rewrite jpeg/rle image in v2 format: ....a2f7.v2"

    How can I accept transfer to conquest the private syntax SOP 1.3.12.2.1107.5.9.1 (SIEMENS CSA NON-IMAGE) - raw data? - In log I had conn terminated.
    Adding this in dgatesop.lst (maybe I have incorectly added this class) doesn't functioning.
    Is this big problem to incorporate this spectro data?

    Hello, I successfully set Conquest server from long time, but last time one thing is very curious for me.


    Original (from MR-console) siemens MR series are transferring very well, but on our reconstruction computer with Leonardo software we sometimes do some other jobs, and we wish to transfer additional seriers to our research conquest PACS.
    But that additional series don't transfer at all.
    For my first quick look - spectroscopy series (and some others) from neuro mr series for example.
    Our Leonardo software is very difficult for debugging purpose so I only just give you an entry problem.


    Is this possible to add some series identification SOP lines to dgatesop.lst file?
