Is it possible that this product can receive a secondary capture from a Hologic Workstation and automatically edit the MRN and then automatically route the capture(s) to another device?
We prefix all MRN with location codes within our PACS. Our PACS will take an exam automatically and route it into the Hologic Workstation for interpretation, along with the CAD and structured report. If there are any findings we'd like to send the captures that are made back into the client's PACS. This can be done as long as the UID stays the same, but the MRN will need to be edited to drop the institution prefix we add.
Any thoughts?
