  • dgate --addimagefile performance question

    On the clean database (reinitialized only with HEAD EXP2 sample study that comes with Conquest) time to add image is the same both from GUI and command take the same time 7 to 8 sec. Image size 11.6 MB (12,188,876 bytes), DB engine: MS SQL Server 2005.

    Reinitialization of the same DICOM image previously imported into Conquest is very fast. The whole process takes about 3-4 sec:

    Is it possible that [recompress] take time to do its job?

  • dgate --addimagefile performance question

    It looks to me that I am experiencing "dgate --addimagefile" performance problem: it takes about 15 sec to execute "dgate --addimagefile" command pretty much regardless the image size and processor (processor utilization stays in between 0% and 1% during command execution).


    Is it normal? Are there any "hidden" settings that control this?


    I am using Conquest server version 1.4.13.
