I am trying to troubleshoot an issue. We have two servers the K-PACS service runs on. The location where the images are being scanned works as it should. The ultrasound images are copied to the server and no problems are ever reported. The second location experiences images being dropped. Typically it is the second half of the images which do not pull up in the viewer. For example in location 1 30 images will appear while in location 2 only 15 appear. Is there a way to do a file size comparison between the two through the service. For example the size at location 1 is 100 MB while the size at location 2 is 50 MB. I am hoping to track down why these images are being lost in the service. Thanks for the help.
