I have further investigated kpacs in the event log, the problem is it is not retreiving patient images, i noticed there was an "error - retreive failed for:"
I have checked our archive server and I can ping the kpacs pc and all the AE titles are correct.
Any other ideas?

I have loaded KPACS on one of our machines, I have given it a unique AE title with all the correct IP configs etc. I can view the patient names when our server is queried however when i click on the patient to view the image I only can a blank patient image.
Does anyone have any clues or a quick tip?
I have checked our other KPACS workstation, configs are the same (except the AE title). I have rebooted etc
