  • K-PACS error message while opening a study

    If I will open a study with my K-Pacs Viewer 1.6 I get the following error message:


    Retrieve from archive "......." failed.


    > In case "Log DICOM Network Communication" was activated, you will find more detailed inmformation in the log file.
    > Most likely, AE Title, IP or Port are misconfigured on the server you are trying to reach



    If I quit this message with 'ok'...i get the picture.
    When I reopen the picture I dont get the message.



    Here the detailed process-log:

  • K-PACS Viewer shows a grey picture

    If I automatic receive the pictures from a Philips PACS Server, the picture is grey....not clear black and white?


    If I manually receive the picture with the K-Pacs viewer....it works fine!
