  • Connecting KPACS to Remote PACS server

    Hi,
    I am new to Network and PACS.


    I was able to successfully connect to KPACS (installed on my laptop - Windows XP) to the DCM4chee server.


    My question is if I am out side my network is there a way I can still connect to the network without a VPN?


    Currently I configure it by clicking on the 'Network - Computers icon' and providing the host's "internal" IP address etc.


    If there is a syntax etc. that I need to add


    e.g


    Host's External IP (static) + port etc. ?


    Any thoughts and comments ? would be helpful.
