    thank you very much for your fast reply.
    Unfortunately the client does not recieve the images correctly (the folder with the imported images is not created). Reading the log files of the sending server I see that our PC denied to the sending server the permission to write. The problem is that we did not change anything in the configuration of the client: do you know if there are automatic updates for a Windows system that can affect the connection between the sending server and the PC where we installed DicomConquest?

  • Problem in importing images (is BDE necessary?)

    Hi all,


    I am a new DicomConquest user and I got an error importing images from a remote server.
    When I try to import images everything seems to work properly (the software shows all the numbers corresponding to all the imported images), but when the download finishes (the sistem displays, for example, 170/170 if there are 170 images) I receive this error:

    Slice 134 of 136
    Slice 135 of 136
    Slice 136 of 136
    ************ error while copying (patient ID = 2140) ************


    This is reported by the bug report:
    17/11/2008 12.28.44 starting conquestdicomserver
    17/11/2008 12.32.33 Detected that BDE is not installed - using MDBF


    Can you please help me in fixing this problem?
