    Hi,

    when doctor send an exam from philips machine to the conquest server, some images of the series are not stored. Also in the intellispace portal console an error message says that the transfert is failure. so i configure the dgatesop file but the probleme not resolved.

    Attached the dgatesopfile and the error message on the intellispace portal.

    The error message are not detailed, if it's possible to see the log file.

    Second i resolved the problem, I just regen the MAGDEVICE and all its ok now thanks

    I noticed that some exams haven't any trace on sql server and I don't know why?

    Hello friends,

    When I try to import exam from pacs server to syngovia or philips console some exams couldn't be seen however it exists in the PACS server.

    In this case i try to send the exam to the console from query/move but this not a solution.

    Please what's the solution.

    I have two server where i installed conquest dicom in each server and now i want to configure it as a cluster when the master server is down the Slave server must take over immediately

    so how can i configure loadbalancing.

    I used windows server in both of server.

    I have a probleme when i send exam from the scanner to the dicomServer.

    the exam can't be sended directly from the scanner to the dicomServer it will be transfered to the philips Intellispace Portal and from there to the DicomServer.

    This what i found in PacsTrouble file :

    i want to know if there is a complete file dgatesop.lst that confugired with all the SOP.

    i find this error in serverstatus
