I am a newbie in terms of informatics
My main objective: To look for free online resource to share (transmit ) DICOM Images between different clinical groups
On this basis :
I am looking for
1) A free online site that allows one to upload DICOM images so that they can be shared with another doctor /researcher. I have seen such a site few months back but can't find it now 
2) If point1 is not possible. Can K-pacs help setup up a local server so that at least people from outside can get this info ? Is there any charge for the software and can someone inexperience with PACS (but aware of imaging, DICOMs, Software development) set this up efficiently ?
