Colleagues,
I suddendy realised that five years are gone since I started to run Conquest server as the master image storage engine in my lab. Today it cares about pictures of ~40000 patients and what greatly impresses me, it NEVER crashed and even NEVER refused to work as expected. I'm an aged software developer, believe me, there are not many projects of such size which could compete in functionality and stability.
