i have been trying for a long time to use conquest autoforward. i have read install including appendix as well as i can.

3 pc's side by side. i am sure i have each machine correctly entered in both other machines.

i try to transfer a dicom case from kpacs machine ( KPACS105 ) to conquest machine ( CONQUEST210 ) to have it forward to a kpacs machine ( acer215 ).

i am attaching my dicom.ini and the log by cut and paste because .doc .txt .ini ext not allowed.

i downloaded iQVIEW 2.60 pro trial.

is there a way to do sagittal reformats of axial ct data ?

He was able to set control F12 as a shortcut for marking a file READ by inserting 123:1=ViewerForm.btnRead in the sortcut ini manually.

I could not find a shortcut ini.

I found custom.ini and inserted 123:1=ViewerForm.btnRead but still the control f12 did not mark study as read.

Then I inserted ViewerForm.btnRead=123:1 still the control f12 did not mark study as read.

Any suggestions how to create a keyboard shortcut to mark a study as Read ?

I have all posts and documentation i can find about iQ-VIEW and CONQUEST read.

I am not able to query retrieve studies from conquest from iqview/kpacs.

but it should be able to query, not right ?

here is my test setup.

two laptops connected by switch.

switch is not connected to rest of network or internet.

i can push - transfer images either way ok.

can not qwery either way.

the receiving end only accepts incoming from sending end, which is specified in ae title,and ip address.

I can transfer images ok
from machine A (ERICSONY115) to machine B (SONY134)
and
from machine B (SONY134) to machine A (ERICSONY115).

I try to query as follows:
On machine B (SONY134)
Query
Network
Check in box for machine A (ERICSONY115)
Fill in Patient Name
Click search box.

It does not seem to be a problem in the communication between the two devices.

They can ping each other ok.

On the DICOM configuration page, I can ECHO both machines both ways.

It does not seem to be a problem with the images themselves.

I have used the debug log level on both ends (transfer station and destination station).

Kpacs Transfer Images problem

I reworded the following.

I am receiving images without issue.

When I click on the study to transfer, I am only able to send one series of a study to the destination.

For example with an MRI case, they receive the first series in the destination but not all the series of the study. I have the study selected at the root.

It can be a problem in the communication between the two devices or can have to do with the images themselves.

use the highest log level on both ends (transfer station and destination station) and to try and transfer images again.

Afterwards check both logs to see if there are any errors in it and clues on why the transfer fails.

please provide the log files as well as a sample study with which the issues appear.

Three Error messages when shutting down K-pacs

I get following 3 error messages when I shut down K-pacs.

KPServer.exe – Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142).
Click on OK to terminate the application.
< When I click on ok, this error box does not go away.

End Program – Delphi twain virtual window
This program is not responding.
To return to windows and check the status of the program, click cancel.
< When I click cancel I get message box “Report was not yet saved or printed, do you want to close it anyway ?”
< When I click Yes, it goes away.

K-Pacs is otherwise running well.

Should I reinstall K-Pacs ?

how do i configure email in kpacs to work with gmail or yahoo mail ?

I am a one person office.

A clinic wants to push dicom images to me.

What program should we use ?

I have K-pacs at the office which so far I can open and display images from cd.

I am familiar with aetitle, ip addresses and know how to open ports.

there is a clinic with a ct scanner.

they want to push dicom cases to me via the internet.

i am comfortable using K-Pacs viewer.

as i understand it, it is best to set up conquest at the clinic and K-Pacs at my home.

is that correct ?
