  • Dicom Printer Server fails in color configuration

    Hi, the debug was enable, these are a couple of examples (copy-paste) form the Server Status tab.


    The fist one is the output for the B&W printing, everything is OK.

    The first thing that I can notice is the lack of the line "print file + path", and that the server commands and messages Ids are different too.
    As a side note, I tested another software, PrintSCP(DEMO) from CharruaSoft and it worked fine with both modes, B&W and color.

  • Dicom Printer Server fails in color configuration

    Hi!, this is the first time that I use the ConQuest Server, I've read the manual but I din't find anything there or the forum. My problem is simple the server can't print color images, the printer is a LaserJet CP1025nw color.
    When I configure the machine (Philips HD7 XE) to print in B&W works really well, but when I switch to color it does nothing.
    No distinguished errors or something, the debug log is turn on to se extra information but the only thing that displays is this:
